Embassy/Consulate Fees Non-Refundable: Visa application fees paid to the respective embassy or consulate are non-refundable by those authorities, regardless of the visa outcome (approval or rejection). SKY SARTHI has no control over these fees or the visa decision.
Railway Authority Rules: Cancellations and refunds for railway tickets are strictly subject to the rules and regulations of the respective railway authority.
Processing Fees: SKY SARTHI may apply a processing fee for facilitating railway ticket cancellations.
Operator Specific Policies: Bus ticket cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific policies of the individual bus operator, which can vary significantly. These policies often include strict deadlines for cancellation to be eligible for any refund.
Time-Sensitive Refunds: Many bus tickets become non-refundable within a few hours or minutes of departure. Partial refunds, if offered by the operator, usually decrease significantly as the departure time approaches.

Original Method of Payment: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the booking.
Bank/Payment Provider Delays: Please be aware that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times. SKY SARTHI is not responsible for these external processing delays.
Supplier Policies Apply: Any changes to bookings (e.g., date changes, name corrections) are subject to the policies of the respective suppliers.
Fees and Fare Differences: Amendments may incur amendment fees imposed by the supplier, in addition to any fare or rate differences applicable to the new booking. SKY SARTHI may also apply an administrative fee for processing such changes.
SKY SARTHI will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government regulations or advisories, civil unrest, strikes, or supplier bankruptcies. In such circumstances, cancellation and refund policies will be subject to the terms provided by the respective suppliers, and SKY SARTHI will act as a facilitator to the best of its abilities, without guaranteeing specific outcomes or refunds.
