Essential Guide: UAE Visa Application via SKY SARTHI™

Ensure a smooth UAE visa process by preparing the following:

I. Documents to Upload:

  • Passport: Clear scan of first & last pages. Must be valid 6+ months from return date.
  • Photo: Recent (white background, 80% face visible).
  • Flights: Confirmed onward & return tickets.
  • Accommodation:
    • Hotel: Confirmed booking voucher (all traveler names listed).
    • Friends/Family: Host's Ejari Certificate, Emirates ID, and an Invitation Letter/NOC.
  • Fee Payment: Complete the required visa fee.

After booking, send documents to SKY SARTHI™. Our consultants will review and contact you if needed. Applications for travel beyond 30 days are submitted closer to your travel date per UAE norms. Receive your e-Visa by email in 5-10 working days.

II. Important Considerations:

  • Passport Name: Passport must have both First & Last Names. Single-name passports are typically not accepted for processing.
  • Overstay Fines: AED 50/day fine for overstay. Over 5 days can lead to deportation and a lifetime ban.
  • ECR Passports ("OK to Board"): If your passport has an ECR stamp, "OK to Board" is often required. Allow 72 hours for airlines to process this.
  • Minors Travelling: Recommended to be accompanied by parents/legal guardian. Minors must travel with the parent whose visa application was processed. A Birth Certificate might be required.
  • Child Travel Consent: If traveling with one parent, an NOC from the non-travelling parent is highly recommended.
  • Visa-on-Arrival (for Indians): 14-day VOA if holding a valid USA/UK/EU visa/residence permit (6+ months validity).
  • e-Visa Extension: Can be extended twice in-country. Apply 5 days before expiry.
  • Visa Reapplication: If you recently exited UAE, apply for a new visa only after 30 days to avoid rejection.
  • Final Discretion: Visa approval and entry into UAE are at the sole discretion of UAE Immigration Authorities. Visa fees are non-refundable once processed, even if rejected due to documents or by immigration.

SKY SARTHI™ UAE Visa Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before applying for a UAE visa through SKY SARTHI™. By proceeding with your application, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  • Once Visa is Processed, No Refund: Visa application fees and our service charges are strictly non-refundable once the visa application has been submitted to the UAE immigration authorities and/or has commenced processing, regardless of the outcome. This is because costs are incurred by us and the authorities as soon as the application process begins.

  • Rejection Due to Documents or Immigration Authority: In the event your visa application is rejected by the UAE immigration authorities, or if the rejection is due to incomplete/incorrect documentation provided by the applicant, or any other reason determined by the immigration authority, no refund will be applicable. The decision to approve or reject a visa application rests solely with the UAE immigration department, and we have no control over their final decision. No correspondence will be entertained, and no visa payments or service charges will be reimbursed in such cases.

  • Entry Discretion: Please note that the issuance of a visa does not guarantee entry into the UAE. Final entry is at the sole discretion of the immigration officer at the airport. In case of denial of entry by the immigration of the respective country, SKY SARTHI™ shall not be liable to the applicant in any manner whatsoever, and no refund will be provided.

  • Security Deposits (If Applicable): For certain visa types or nationalities, a refundable security deposit may be required by the UAE immigration authorities. If such a deposit is paid, it is generally refundable after you have exited the UAE and your departure has been recorded by immigration, provided there are no overstay fines or penalties incurred. The refund process for security deposits is managed by the immigration authorities, and specific timelines and procedures apply.

  • Before Processing: If a refund request is made before the visa application has been submitted to the authorities for processing, a refund may be considered, subject to a deduction of administrative and processing fees.

We strongly advise all applicants to ensure that all submitted documents are accurate, complete, and meet the specific requirements of the UAE immigration authorities to minimize the risk of rejection.
