Vietnam Visa (for Indian Travelers) via SKY SARTHI™

Indian citizens primarily utilize the e-Visa for travel to Vietnam.

I. Documents to Upload for Vietnam e-Visa:

  • Passport Scan: Clear, high-resolution scan of your passport's bio-page. Must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival date, with 2+ blank pages.
  • Photograph: Recent (within 6 months), passport-sized color photo (4x6 cm) with a plain white background. Face clear, front-facing.
  • Confirmed Flights: Onward and return flight tickets.
  • Accommodation Proof: Confirmed hotel booking or invitation letter from host (if staying with friends/family).
  • (Optional/May be requested): Proof of sufficient funds (e.g., bank statement).

After booking, submit documents. Our consultants will review. Expect your e-Visa decision via email in 3-7 working days (standard processing).

II. Important Considerations for Vietnam Travel:

  • e-Visa Validity: Typically valid for up to 90 days (single or multiple entry).
  • Visa on Arrival (VOA): While VOA is available for Indians, it requires a pre-approved approval letter obtained online before travel. e-Visa is generally more straightforward.
  • Passport Validity: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond arrival date.
  • "OK to Board": Generally NOT required for Vietnam e-Visas.
  • Overstay Fines: Strict penalties apply for overstaying.
  • Entry Discretion: Final entry approval rests with Vietnamese Immigration.
  • Phu Quoc Visa Exemption: Indians flying directly to Phu Quoc Island can be visa-exempt for up to 30 days (conditions apply).

III. Vietnam Visa Refund Policy:

  • Non-Refundable Once Processed: Visa application charges and SKY SARTHI™ service charges are strictly non-refundable once the application has been submitted to Vietnamese immigration authorities and/or processing has commenced.
  • Rejection/Errors by Applicant: No refunds will be issued if the visa is rejected due to incomplete/incorrect documents provided by the applicant, errors in application details made by the applicant, or any reason determined by Vietnamese immigration.
  • Entry Denial: No refund for charges if entry is denied upon arrival by immigration officials, despite having a valid visa.
  • Limited Refund for Rejection (by authorities): In some specific cases, if a rejection is solely due to a decision by the Vietnamese authorities without fault in the applicant's submission or our processing, a refund may be considered at the discretion of the authorities/agent, typically applying only to the primary application charge, not service charges.

II. Important Considerations for Thailand Travel:

  • Visa Options:
    • Visa on Arrival (VOA): Valid for 15 days, granted at designated airports/checkpoints. Requires physical application upon arrival with documents. Limited stay period.
    • e-Visa/Sticker Visa: Applied for in advance, allows stays up to 60 days (single entry tourist visa) and can sometimes be extended.
  • Overstay Fines: Penalties apply for overstaying. Severe overstay can lead to blacklisting and entry bans.
  • Passport Validity: Must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended entry date (for VOA) or 6 months from return date (for sticker/e-Visa).
  • "OK to Board": Generally NOT required for Thailand visas for Indian citizens.
  • Entry Discretion: Final entry approval rests with Thai Immigration.
  • Reapplication Rule: If a previous Thai visa was rejected, ensure reasons are addressed before reapplying.

III. Thailand Visa Refund Policy:

  • Non-Refundable Once Processed: Visa application charges paid to the Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate or for e-Visa are generally non-refundable once the application has been submitted and processing has commenced, regardless of approval or rejection. This also applies to SKY SARTHI™ service charges.
  • Rejection: If your visa is rejected due to incomplete documents, incorrect information provided by the applicant, or any decision by the Thai immigration authorities, no refund will be provided. The charge covers the processing, not the guarantee of issuance.
  • Entry Denial: No refund of visa charges if entry is denied by immigration upon arrival, despite having a valid visa.
